Please put all orders in writing. Order acceptance constitutes agreement to Flag Factory’s terms. Please check your acknowledgments. Stock designs are subject to change without notice. Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from that shown. For updates and specials
contact your customer service representative.

Custom Orders

If you don’t see the designs or patterns you need, we can develop it. Custom color selection, sizes, fabric, imprint and construction
are limited only by your imagination.
We reserve the right to ship and invoice + or -10% of the quantity ordered.

Artwork

All prices are based on receiving color-separated, camera ready PMT or laser print art at a resolution of 600 dpi or better. Please send actual size artwork if using halftones. Colors should be separated as spot color with no trapping.
Exact-size film positives must be color separated and ready-to-go to screens. Halftone screen should be a
maximum of 53 line for best reproduction results.
Artwork may be sent on CD or e-mail. Adobe Illustrator CS2 is the preferred program on Mac platform but Adobe Photoshop CS2. On IBM platform please use Adobe Illustrator CS2 or previous versions. Please do not send art in the Microsoft Word program. When sending EPS files include original files contained in the eps files.
Include a print out of the file with all screen and postscript printer fonts included on the disk. Additional expenses will be incurred to correct improperly prepared files.
Electronic artwork is accepted at art@flagfactory.com. Please include the PO# and the name of the person that you wish the artwork to go to. All .tiff and .gif files must be at least 300 dpi and sized to print. Internet graphics can not be accepted as artwork.
Call your customer service representative to find out more about our graphics and typesetting capabilities. There is no charge for typesetting and most enhancements are included. In-house artwork, after the first ½ hour,
will be charged at $100.00 per hour.

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance will make your flag or banner last much longer. When an edge begins to fray, take it down and repair it. A
torn flag that is left flying can become irreparable if left flying in bad weather conditions. Rotating your flags, allowing fibers to “rest”,
will make them last much longer. The Flag Factory has a flag repair service, however a home sewer can usually repair the flag or
banner.

Net 30 days with D&B rating or two approved references. Else... credit card or check with order.

Packing & Delivery

All stock designs are folded and individually packed flat in bags with headers for display. Packing on custom orders can be customized to fit your display requirements. Banners are rolled and individually sleeved. FOB Pageland, SC. We can drop ship.
