- Our Applique flags are a much tighter weave than most of the industry. Colors will last longer and flags will flap smoother, (and quieter), because the fabric is softer and more flexible and UV resistant.
- Our Masterpiece Collection, looks like watercolors, oils or acrylics, and is made by a sublimation process, not screen printing. The ink enters the pores of the fabric. The color cannot rub off and is more resistant to ultraviolet fading from sunlight. Your flag looks like a fine painting.
- Our poles are a full 1". They are triple coated so they will not warp.
- Our non-wrap plastic sleeve is a full 36”, so the flag will not have to be untangled every time the wind changes direction.
- Our packages are reclosable with snaps, so your shelves can be kept neat.
- Garden flags are displayed fully open with a hanger, so your customer can see the full flag without taking it out of the package.
- We ship from stock, usually within 48 hours. If we are out of stock, a rep will call and tell you within 48 hours.
- We offer special pricing on stands and racks, free with certain minimum size orders.
- Custom printed flags have a minimal art charge. You can use the graphic artists on our staff, because it is to your advantage to use your time selling the event, not on graphics, (unless you love doing that kind of stuff).
- Over-runs and overstocks are shown in the price list section. The discounts are substantial enough for you to sell them to budget-minded buyers.
- Fully licensed College flags are carried in a full range of products, 48" & 17" flags, Car flags, and Mailbox covers. The “Top 100” schools.
- If you don’t know what assortment to choose, our reps will put together an assortment geared to your location, using appliques, masterpiece and colleges in your area, along with poles and brackets and display rack.
- We offer an exchange program. If you have flags in stock for six months, and if you pay the UPS back and a 10% restocking charge, we will exchange them for merchandise that you think will sell quicker (provided they were paid for and undamaged and not shopworn).
- When you call us, you talk to people who care, not voicemail.
- Quality Control extends beyond our factory. Close attention to detail is something in which all Flag Factory employees take pride. Every flag that moves through our factory and warehouse is under close scrutiny for quality.
- Each employee inspects the work that has occurred in previous operations... and all have the authority to reject a flag if they see any defects, flaws or blemishes.
